In an interactive talk, with simultaneous translation, Craig will tell us stories of the battlefield, collecting his experience of more than 25 years using mediation in litigation. Offer suggestions to increase understanding and skills on the dynamics of mediation to better manage conflicts and negotiation. Participants can send questions before the event that will be answered by the speaker.
